Responsible Gaming at ki999
We believe gaming should be fun, safe, and within your control. Our responsible gaming tools help players in Bangladesh enjoy a balanced experience.
Gaming Is Entertainment — Keep It That Way
At ki999, we take responsible gaming seriously. For the vast majority of our players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and the rest of Bangladesh, online betting and casino games are a form of entertainment — an enjoyable way to spend time, follow cricket, or try your luck at the slots. We want to keep it that way for everyone.
However, gambling carries inherent risk. A small number of players may develop habits that go beyond healthy play. ki999 provides a suite of practical tools and resources so that every registered player — aged 21 and above — can manage their gaming activity responsibly, set personal boundaries, and reach out for support at any time.
⚠️ Important: ki999 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. If you are under 21, please do not register or attempt to access our platform. We are committed to preventing underage gambling through identity verification checks on every account.

Time-Out Feature
Take a short break from your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, login and deposits are fully suspended.

Know the Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can affect anyone, regardless of background, income, or experience level. The following warning signs may indicate that gambling has moved beyond entertainment for you or someone you know:
- Spending more money or time gambling than you can afford to lose
- Chasing losses by placing bigger or more frequent bets
- Hiding gambling activity from family or friends
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not gambling
- Borrowing money or selling belongings to fund gambling
- Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities due to gambling
If any of these signs feel familiar, please contact ki999 support immediately or reach out to a local counselling service. Early intervention makes a real difference. You can also request a self-exclusion or time-out directly from your account settings — our team will honour the request without question.
ki999's Commitment to Safer Gaming
ki999 is built on the principle that a sustainable gaming platform is one where players feel safe, respected, and heard. We invest in responsible gaming infrastructure not because we are required to, but because it is the right thing to do for the Bangladeshi gaming community.
Our platform uses SSL encryption to protect every transaction and personal detail. All payment methods — including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — are processed through secured pipelines. We do not store sensitive card information on our servers, and our systems undergo regular security audits to maintain the highest standards of data protection.
We are continually improving our responsible gaming features based on player feedback and best-practice guidance from the global gaming industry. If you have suggestions for how ki999 can better support the wellbeing of its players, we genuinely want to hear from you.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I set a deposit limit on ki999?
Log in to your ki999 account and navigate to the Responsible Gaming section inside your Account Settings. From there, you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit in BDT. Any reduction takes effect immediately, while increases may require a short cooling-off period.
What happens when I request self-exclusion?
When you request self-exclusion, ki999 will lock your account. You will not be able to log in, place bets, deposit funds, or access any games for the duration of the exclusion period. Any pending withdrawal requests will still be processed. To request self-exclusion, contact our support team at [email protected].
Is ki999 safe for players in Bangladesh?
Yes. ki999 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all player data and financial transactions. Deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed through secured payment gateways. We are committed to fair play and responsible gaming for all players aged 21 and above.
Can I take a temporary break without fully excluding myself?
Absolutely. ki999 offers a time-out feature that lets you pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your account is inactive and inaccessible. This is a good option if you want a short cooling-off period without committing to a longer self-exclusion.
